Mui Ne's local seafood is a highlight, from grilled scallops with spring onion to squid caught that morning, and the resort's own restaurant makes the most of it.

In the evenings, the restaurants along Nguyen Dinh Chieu display live seafood in tanks and baskets at the front, so you can choose what you want and how it's cooked: grilled with salt and chilli, steamed with lemongrass or stir-fried with tamarind. Prices are by weight, so ask before ordering.
